Congress to give Fernandes, Sharma fresh RS term

Deputy leader of opposition Anand Sharma is all set to retain his Rajya Sabha seat with the Congress brass clearing his name from Himachal Pradesh. The election in the state is scheduled for later this month as a BJP member will retire in April.
