Joka-BBD Bag Metro clears CESC hurdle

After IIT-Kharagpur green-signalled construction of East-West Metro route through Dalhousie, the Joka-BBD Bag route steered clear of a major bottleneck with CESC agreeing to dismantle its periphery wall to facilitate construction of two Metro piers.
