Aadhar Bill may be introduced as 'money bill' to avoid RS opposition

The proposed Bill, sources revealed, have already been “seen” by the attorney general who “has opined that the same can be introduced as a Money Bill” in Parliament where the opposition-dominated Rajya Sabha will have no power to force any change in the legislation.
