Panel to high court: SC, ST land allotment survey impossible

The three-member panel, appointed by the state government on the order of Gujarat high court to look into allotment of agricultural land to dalits and tribals as part of land reforms, suggested on Monday to put an end to the exercise, terming the task "impossible".
