Chief minister Raghubar Das on Wednesday announced the formation of an all-party committee under parliamentary affairs minister Saryu Rai to extend suggestions to the appointing agencies, which includes Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) and Staff Selection Commission (SSC).
