Cambodia arrests 38 Chinese citizens sought by Beijing

Cambodian Deputy National Police Chief Gen. Chhay Sinarith said Chinese police took part in rounding up 105 Chinese citizens Wednesday at the Golden Crown Casino's hotel, releasing 67 after confirming they were not on wanted lists.

Police said the people arrested are suspected of involvement in scams carried out against Chinese citizens over Internet phone services.
