Jury issue in case of deputy who shot man with air rifle

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (AP) — A potential conflict involving a member of a grand jury is the subject of a South Florida court hearing in the manslaughter case against a deputy who fatally shot a man carrying an air rifle.
