Pakistan minister rules out rollback of nuke programme

Pakistan's finance minister on Thursday said that his country will never roll back its nuclear programme despite threat of mounting external debt. "Even if our debts swell to US 4100 billion or US $100 trillion, we will not roll back our nuclear programme," finance minister Ishaq Dar said.
