Oberoi Group to manage luxury resort in Maldives

An Oberoi Group-led Indian JV has signed an agreement with the government of Maldives to build a luxury resort in the island nation. Oberoi's JV partner, Bengaluru-based realty company Subramanya Construction & Development Company Limited (SCDCL), will make the investment for acquiring and developing the resort.
