Video appears to show N.C. cops beating suspect

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department officials said they are investigating video but maintained that accused hit-and-run driver Malcolm Glenn Elliott Jr. resisted arrest Tuesday, forcing the cop to strike.
