Paralympian Oscar Pistorius has been denied leave to appeal his murder conviction and sentence by the Constitutional Court.

Paralympian Oscar Pistorius has been denied leave to appeal his murder conviction and sentence by the Constitutional Court.

Pistorius was originally convicted of culpable homicide for the Valentine’s Day murder of his model girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp.

He is currently on parole after having served eight months in prison.
