Ex-boyfriend pleads guilty to murdering model on Simon Fraser campus

The Crown said Gurjinder Gary Dhaliwal flew into a rage when he saw Maple Batalia and a male friend hug at Simon Fraser University’s Surrey campus. Mr. Dhaliwal shot her as she went to her car.
