GOP Senate leader says lawmakers viewed as 'anti-teacher'

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — The Indiana Senate's leader says the Republican-dominated Legislature is viewed as "anti-teacher" and needs to pause efforts to diminish the collective bargaining authority of teachers' unions.
