Mumbai Cong digs out Rs 970cr road works scam in 2012-13, wants HC or Lokayukta probe

The Congress has claimed corruption to the tune of Rs 970 crore in road works in the western suburbs in 2012-13 and demanded a probe by either a Bombay high court judge or the Lokayukta.
