In a fresh approach to make the Delhi-Noida-Delhi flyway (DND) toll free and addressing the long-pending demand of Noida residents, MLA Vimla Batham led a representation to minister for Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari late Tuesday evening at his office and urged him to declare the DND a national highway.
