HC warns SP MLA for delaying petition challenging his election

The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court on Thursday imposed a cost of Rs 10,000 on a Samajwadi Party MLA from Patti constituency in Pratapgarh, Ram Singh, as a punishment for causing delay in the disposal of an election petition challenging his election since 2012.
