High court dismisses PIL against 'Badh Chala Bihar'

The Patna high court has dismissed a PIL which had alleged that the then Nitish Kumar government's 'Badh Chala Bihar' was an election campaign of the ruling JD (U) in the run-up to the assembly election last year.
