Cheated engr started own fraud company

After being duped of nearly Rs 90,000 by a person on the pretext of admission in an engineering college of his choice, 23-year-old Naseem Ahmed, the mastermind of interstate gang busted by the Jalupura police on Thursday, had formed his own gang for a similar 'business'.
