Report: White House vetting Iowa judge for SCOTUS; most Americans want nomination

WASHINGTON, March 3 (UPI) -- The White House is vetting an Iowa judge in to fill the Supreme Court vacancy while a poll reveals most Americans want President Obama to make a nomination.
