No amnesty on black money, FM tells Rahul Gandhi

Taking on Rahul Gandhi for his 'Fair and Lovely' remark on the government's new policy on black money, finance minister Arun Jaitley on Tuesday said this wasn't an amnesty scheme as it involved penalty.
