Missouri man falls, dies at Grand Lake in Oklahoma

JAY, Okla. (AP) — A 77-year-old Missouri man has died after falling into Grand Lake in Delaware County.

The Grand River Dam Authority said in a news release that James Myers of Joplin was taking items to a private dock on the Elk River arm of Grand Lake when he fell and struck his head before falling into the water on Saturday afternoon.

A cause of death has not yet been determined.
