Ho-Chunk modeling new horse track after Lincoln Race Course

Ho-Chunk Inc., the economic development arm of the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska, is moving forward with plans to build a short horse track, sports bar and simulcast wagering facility at the site of the former Atokad Downs.
