WSU Tri-Cities receives 3 bids for on-campus housing project

University officials haven't released the names of the developers, but RiverWalk LLC, which offered to work with the university last year on a housing project, confirmed Tuesday it was one of the bidders.

Documents say university officials want to finish negotiations and paperwork for the project when classes start in the fall.
