Congress is blessed, it never gets a bad name, PM Modi says in Rajya Sabha

"Sometimes I feel Congress is also blessed (like death) ... whenever we criticise the Congress, media says the opposition is under attack," PM Modi said responding to the Motion of Thanks to the President for his address in Rajya Sabha.
