With a request to declare April 10 as 'Gramin Diwas' -the very day when Mahatma Gandhi had arrived Champaran (Bihar) in 1917 to begin his first satyagrah, a group of local youth sent a petition signed by 11000 people to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday.
