A relatively heavy explosion rocked Kabul city this afternoon a suicide bomber detonated his explosives in 2nd Police district of the city, killing himself only in a premature blast. Najib Danish, deputy spokesman for the Ministry of Interior (MoI), confirmed that a suicide bomber detonated his explosives near the Ministry of Finance in Police District#2.
