Sky rail's 'secret expansion': four-track future looms for Melbourne's south-east

Parts of the planned $1.6 billion sky rail between Caulfield and Dandenong could be demolished within just 12 years of being built, and new linear parks beneath the line built on and overshadowed by a new structure with two extra rail tracks.
