UN Views Syria Ceasefire as Open-Ended Truce – Special Envoy

UN Special Envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura said Wednesday that the United Nations and the International Syria Support Group (ISSG) believed the current pact on the cessation of hostilities in Syria to be open-ended.
