Ottawa MP Mauril Bélanger, diagnosed with ALS, to preside over House today

Liberal MP Mauril Belanger, who was forced to end his candidacy for the speakership last fall, will preside over the House of Commons this afternoon as an honorary occupant of the Speaker's chair.
