US Expects Minsk Peace Accord to Be Implemented in 2016 - State Department

The United States expects the Minsk ceasefire accords to settle the two-year conflict between Ukrainian government forces and militias to be fully implemented this year, US State Department spokesman Mark Toner said Wednesday.
