Mogherini to Participate in European, US Top Diplomats' Meeting in France

The top diplomats of France, Germany, Italy, Britain and the United States as well as EU foreign policy head Federica Mogherini will convene in Paris to discuss developments in Libya, Syria, Ukraine and Yemen.
