UPDATE: 30 dead, 13 rescued alive as 5-storey building collapses in Lagos (photos, video)
– A five-storey building has collapsed in Lagos, killing at least 30 people
– The collapsed building is opposite Oando filling station by Chisco bus stop along the Lekki-Epe expressway corridor
– The cause of the collapse is unknown
Twenty people were confirmed dead while 13 others were rescued alive after a five-storey building collapsed in the Lekki area of Lagos.
The collapsed building is opposite Oando filling station by Chisco bus stop along the Lekki-Epe expressway corridor.

Confirming the incident, the spokesperson of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) Mr Ibrahim Farinloye, said rescue operations are currently ongoing.
