Lawyer adviced SBI to move SC much earlier to stop Mallaya from leaving
The assistant commissioner of Service Tax, Mumbai, had filed a complaint against Mallaya and several senior executives of now-defunct Kingfisher Airlines in 2012 over unpaid dues.
