Nine-hour night-time water outage for KZN municipality as dams dry up

An estimated 334‚460 residents in the City of uMhlathuze‚ which serves Richards Bay and Empangeni‚ will have no water for nine hours after 8pm at night‚ as the local authority implements compulsory cuts.
