Govt agencies rapped for ignoring norms

In a long hearing that started at noon and ended around 5.30 pm, with only lunch and tea in between, different union and state government agencies argued their case but failed to explain why they had allowed the Art of Living (AOL)construction on the ecologically sensitive Yamuna floodplains.
