MHA transfers UT adviser Vijay Kumar Dev

In a surprise move, the ministry of home affairs (MHA) on Wednesday transferred UT adviser Vijay Kumar Dev with immediate effect to the Delhi government. This is the shortest-ever tenure of any adviser with the Chandigarh administration.
