HC gives EC 3 weeks on Apna Dal plea

The Lucknow bench of the high court has granted three weeks to the Election Commission to file its reply to the plea raised by Krishna Patel , the president of Apna Dal that the commission has virtually derecognized the party by imposing restrictions on it.
