Photo: The Chronicle Related Links Antoinette, Dominique Crenn's Berkeley brasserie, is closing Lauren Kiino‘s Ferry Building rotisserie and sandwich shop, Il Cane Rosso, has closed. According to Tablehopper, the lease for the space was up at the seven-year-old restaurant and Kiino decided not to renew. The last day of service was this past Sunday, April 3. In a message posted on the restaurant’s Facebook page, Kiino wrote: “We are very proud of what we have accomplished out of our tiny restaurant and look forward to future adventures. We are grateful to have cooked for you over the years and hope to see you again.” The chef also noted
