Convicted killer OK'd for Washington retail pot license

SEATTLE (AP) — A report about a convicted murderer being granted a license to open a marijuana shop in Washington has prompted a double-take by state officials.

The Washington Liquor and Cannabis Board selected Green Grotto LLC to open a marijuana store in the Seattle suburb of Issaquah.
