Governor vetoes bill permitting use of Bible in schooling

BOISE, Idaho - Idaho Gov. C. L. "Butch" Otter on Tuesday vetoed legislation that would have expressly permitted the use of the Bible in public school instruction, calling the measure unconstitutional.
