Withdraw excise duty on gems, jewellery: Ahmed Patel to Jaitley

Ahmed Patel, political secretary to Sonia Gandhi, and Rajya Sabha MP from Gujarat has written a letter Union finance minister Arun Jaitley for withdrawal of Central excise duty on the gems & jewellery industry.
