HC grants Sanjay Gupta bail in Metro scam case
Gujarat high court on Tuesday granted conditional bail to former IAS officer and ex-chairman of Metro-Link Express for Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad (MEGA), Sanjay Gupta, in connection with the alleged Rs211-crore scam in the project.
