Ricketts 'very pleased' to see winner-take-all bill advance

LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — Nebraska Gov. Pete Ricketts says he's "very pleased" to see lawmakers advance a bill that would reinstate a winner-take-all system for the state's presidential electoral votes.
