Cruz, Sanders hold early lead in Wisconsin primaries

Republican Ted Cruz and Democrat Bernie Sanders hoped to turn the tables on their parties' front-runners in Wisconsin Tuesday and emerge from the Midwestern battleground state reinvigorated in their pursuit of the White House.
