Officials: Man touched bat that tested positive for rabies

The San Antonio Metropolitan Health District said in a news release Tuesday that a man walked into the store around 9:20 p.m. March 28 carrying a bloody bat in a paper bag.

Animal Care Services eventually arrived and took the bat to a Metro Health lab, where it tested positive for rabies.
