Hotel owner Phil Lovingfoss allegedly violated work-release program

Monticello Hotel owner Phillip Lovingfoss, who is serving time for driving under the influence and negligent driving, was removed from a jail work-release program due to a probation violation, the Wahkiakum County Sheriff’s Office reported.
