Thousands of goldsmiths in Assam have decided to chose the NOTA (None of the above) option in the second phase of elections scheduled on April 11 as none of the political parties have supported their demand to revoke the Centre's proposal in the last Union Budget to levy one per cent excise duty on gold ornaments.
