BSNL ordered to pay Rs13.5K for excessive billing
The Thane district consumer redressal forum held guilty the state-owned Bharat sanchar nigam limited (BSNL) for excessively billing a senior citizen from Bhiwandi and ordered the company to refund Rs 13,544 along with Rs 3,600 which includes legal expenses and compensation.
