Falling glass panels at Chennai airport: NHRC issues notice to civil aviation ministry, AAI

The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has issued notices to the secretary to the Union ministry of civil aviation and chairman of the Airports Authority of India on a complaint that the Chennai airport, despite having been modernised, has witnessed 61 incidents of glass panel fall in recent times, endangering safety of travellers.
