NHRC notice to Bengal govt over closure of primary school due to non-availability of water

The National Human Rights Commission has issued a notice to West Bengal government on the reports that a primary school for girls in Sahari, Binpur assembly segment in Jangalmahal area of West Bengal may close soon due to non-availability of water.
